This is a small lapel type pin, the quarter is shown for scale. My scale keeps switching between 1.7 and 1.8 dwt, so figure it at 1.75dwt. This pin was found in an Springfield, NH estate, with many photos and paper belonging to Brigadier General, Lee S. I do not believe that General Gerow went to USMA, so perhaps it was another family member. The pin is in very good condition, with wear commensurate with age. The photos are an integral part of my description. They will give an accurate representation, and best tell the story. If you require a specific carrier, please inform me before I send an invoice.
