Kingdom of Yugoslavia, Officer’s belt, Navy with hangers for suspending a dagger, for ceremonial uniform Model M1924. This type of officer’s belt M1924 (Scarf for holiday and everyday uniform) with a hanger for the officer’s ceremonial dagger was worn by Navy officers, as can be seen on the scanned photo of a Navy officer in a ceremonial uniform with an officer’s belt and a dagger hanging from his belt. A belt (Scarf) with two straps (Henger) for hanging a dagger are made of black cotton yarn. The decorative buckle on the belt is made of pressed brass gilded sheet, as well as decorative buckles and carabiners. The decorative buckle has a relief wreath in the form of two twigs with a laurel leaf. And in the laurel wreath there is a medallion with a decorative admiral’s anchor with the monarchist crown of Kradordevic. The belt has signs of wear, but is in excellent condition. It has not been cleaned and has an original patina. This kind of Ceremonial officer’s belt with a viscose, Henger in this state of preservation, is extremely rare.
