The hat has a leather body with double screened vents, metal visors. Comes with front police eagle insignia which also is in excellent condition, with chin straps, but is missing the COCKADE INSIGNIA. WW2 SHAKO HAT WAS MADE OF CLOTH INSTEAD OF LEATHER.
