Very nice Brigadier Generals, Adj. General’s evening dress with medals. Named to James Alexander Ulio who retired as a major General. The jacket itself is in excellent shape. His name , as a Colonel, is on the tailors tag as well as the date 1931. The mini medal rack exactly fits the loops sewn to the jacket. There is also an envelope with his name and address.
