This badge has a two-piece construction, with a small enameled crest and the back-to-back double C cypher of King Carol II. Carol II ruled Romania from 1930 until 1940, when he went into exile in Mexico, and later, Portugal. SIZE: Approximately 2-9/16 in height and 1-3/8 in width.
