ANTIQUE (PRE WWII) USMC H & H OFFICER’s DRESS UNIFORM CAP DEVICE (EGA). This is the Marine Corps Officer’s dress cap device (EGA) used from 1919 to 1937. It was made by Hilborn-Hamburger (H & H), and as shown by the photos is in excellent condition. Although difficult to see in the photos, it is stamped with the H&H logo on the back of the eagle’s wing and what appears to be “1/20K ON/STERLING” on the cross piece of the anchor.
