Includes 89.8 mm Breast Star with an eight pointed faceted lightly gilt plaque upon which has been superimposed a gold-rimmed white plaque. Central medallion is dark blue with a gold-rimmed white star surrounded by a gilt band. Eight blue and eight red protrusions project from this band. The two top red protrusions have gilt stars mounted on them. Two curved bands of inscriptions decorate the reverse as well as the number “801”. Weight: 126.6 grams. The 73.1 mm Sash Badge is similar, but smaller, and with a loop for suspension. The reverse inscriptions and number are the same, “801”. Weight: 72.7 grams.
