Nice U. S. Sword Model 1902
This is a good example of an U. Sword, Model 1902 and is marked by the Military Outfitter THE M. COLUMBUS, OHIO on the ricasso. It is mounted with a slightly curved blade that measures 29 3/4 inches in length which remains in very nice condition with only a bit of staining to the extreme tip nevertheless continues to wear all of its beautiful etched on either side. The nickel plated guard frames a composite grip, all also in very good condition with just some light flaking to the plating. The nickel plated metal scabbard has some light scuffing but no dings and remains in very good serviceable condition. Overall measuring 36 3/4 inches in length. There is no reserve.
