VINTAGE early aerial camera, military green. I believe it is missing the lens attachment. Not a whole lot of information out there on this particular model but pretty sure is was made in the late 20’s early 30’s and used on planes to take photographs. Seems to work ok as you crank the handle and the window opens and takes the picture. There is also a built in counter that records how many pics are taken. A really cool awesome camera and would make a nice display piece. Please see all pics for more detail, size and condition. The last 2 pictures are of similar design so you can see how these big cameras were used. The co destruction is made of brass, steel and wood. National Arsenal of Artillery. ” in Trubia, this helmet is commonly referred to as a “. ” which translates to “With Wings due to its flared sides, it was distributed in 1930 and was a common sight on the battlefields during the Spanish Civil War. This example is a pre Civil War model identified by the hollow side rivets and no front bracket badge. Original examples without frontal brackets are very hard to find. This is an extremely nice example of a Japanese Shin Gunto Army Officer’s Sword. It is mounted with a beautiful arsenal made, stainless steel blade that wears a cutting edge that measures 24 1/4 inches in length. The blade has survived in wonderfully nice original condition with only some very minor surface blemishes. The tang wears one hole and is unmarked. All the very nice quality fittings remain clean and in beautiful condition as well. The very nice metal scabbard also remains pristine in its condition. Overall measuring 39 1/8 inches in length. This is an outstanding example of a War-Time Historically Recorded Battlefield Pick-Up World War II Japanese Army Officer Sword mounted with an ancestral blade. The old antique Wakizashi blade wears a cutting edge of 20 3/8 inches in length. The blade does wear a visibly wavy temper line that extends to the tip on either side however reflects cleanings from recent years and has a couple of nicks to the cutting edge, otherwise does remain in good condition. The tang wears one hole and is signed “Bishu Ju San Shiro”. The Sword wears Army Shin Gunto Regulation Mounts which all remain in very nice however there is a small glued repair to the wrapping. The Regulation scabbard remains very nice in its condition and is wonderfully hand painted with the recording of one of the hill battles of Iwo Jima along with the date March 26, 1945 and the name of the GI that brought it home. This is a good example of a Japanese Naval Officer’s Dress Sword which dates from the World War II Era. It is mounted with a beautiful machine made blade that measures 25 5/8 inches in length which remains in very nice original condition with only some minor surface blemishes. The lovely D-guard is beautifully detailed and frames a samé covered hilt with the original wire wrap still tightly in place. Pretty cherry blossoms “sakura” motifs adorn the pommel, the backstrap and the guard face. The lovely shagreen covered scabbard has an aged seam opening as well as a crack to the shagreen, but is not broken and does remain in good condition as well as wears wonderfully detailed fittings. Very good condition and guaranteed original pre WWII German Navy Model 1923 officer sword. Left side of blade also has the German Navy eagle M property marking. Sword is marked N584 on the reverse guard, which is a Nordsee (Baltic Sea) Fleet inventory number. 30 ½ blade has nice original bright finish with just a little scattered brown freckling. Remaining metal is original gilt showing light wear. Sword features a lion head pommel and an anchor design on the folding guard. Grip has tight wire wrap and no damage. Sword is complete with correct original not. Fitted in correct original leather scabbard that has brass fittings. Leather shows some normal wear, stitching is nice and tight. Throat is a little loose. Scabbard is complete with braided leather hanger cord and is also marked eagle M and N584 on the throat, matching the sword.
