Kreissieger 1938 Hitler Youth Badge/Medal WW2 Known History
1938 Hitler Youth Kreissieger Industrial Award badge bearing a bronze eagle, gear, and Hitler Youth emblem on a white enamel background which is in turn surrounded by a laurel wreath. The reverse of the pins is marked by the maker. The only damage is fracture to the enameling of the diamond portion, else very good, Pease check photos closely. This is from my personal collection and I know it’s post war history. When my great uncle Earl, return home from WW2 he bought this badge and a Luger pistol home with him I remember firing that pistol as a very young boy. It then passed to my father and then myself. Special 1936 Naval Boudoir doll, with Romantic History, Photos, Midshipmans Jacket
Hands down one of the most interesting and special items I’ve ever had the pleasure to own. These items have always tugged at my heart. This is so much more than a Boudoir Doll. This is about a Soldier and his girl. This is about Andy & Ella. This is a little piece of history of a more personal nature. There is a photo of Andy writing to Ella with a picture of her in front of him on the desk. On the back, “To the swellest girl in all the world”. A picture of Ella with her Midshipman Boudoir Doll on the steps of a building at the Naval Academy. A postcard of the Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland with correspondence from Andy. As if this isn’t special enough, Andy’s Dress Wool Jacket is also present and in beautiful condition. These items have been lovingly cared for over all these years and in my possession the last 12 to 15 years. I paid quite a bit at the time and to my mind worth every penny. The dolls trousers have a little age discoloration as well as top of his Cap, very minor. He has a couple bald spots on the top of his head were the paint has come off, also minor probably from his Cap. The frame came with the photos and postcard inside and is wobbly. Please view all photos for the big reveal. The Doll is 27 Long. The Jacket is Approx. 16 1/2″ Shoulder to Shoulder, 24″ Long, Sleeve Length approx 25 1/2. Kingdom of Yugoslavia High Officer Navy Dagger Rare Item of Kingdom History. Item belonging to the High Officer of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia Navy. Dagger : the handle of this dagger is with thin grooves into which is inserted a twisted brass wire. The pommel is made of brass in the form of a knot of rope. The crosspiece is made of brass, flat with the legs in the form of stylized dolphins. The arms are constructed so that the dolphins are facing each other and tails are bent worm down. In the middle of the sacrum from the rear, there is a button to unlatch the dagger from its sheath. The blade is decorated with etching with two elongated box with ornaments plant intertwined. On one side of the blade on the elongated mat of plants in the middle, there is the monogram of King Alexander I, the letter “A” framed by two laurel branches above which the monarchist crown. On the other hand the monarchical national emblem. The mandrel of the blade is bolted to the nipple a leaf spring in the form of teeth that engages the edge of the mouth covers. To dagger could put or removed from the sheath must be a knob on the sacrum the release. When the button is pressed on the sacrum, he remove the leaf spring with the tooth down and unlocked the dagger from its sheath. Kingdom of Yugoslavia High Officer Navy Hat Rare Item of Kingdom History. Item belonging to the High Officer of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia Navy. Hat is made of black felt, it consists of a hight of 120 mm high and a rim that hangs on the two opposite sides. The left hemisphere is 140 mm high and the right is 130. The circumference is covered with 70 mm wide black silk enlargement. The widths are equal to the enlargement of the labels. On the right side of the hat there is a braid somewhat bent backwards leading from the front of the rim towards the middle of the hat. The braid is made of gilded rope 45 mm wide. At the upper edge of the perimeter under the braid, there is a silk cockade in national colors, 80 mm in diameter. In each corner of the hat there is one round cockade in state colors, with a monogram King Aleksandar.
