This is as estate fresh and you can possibly find. I found these in an attic of a navy veteran. They have not been cleaned or restored in ANY way. They are original and most are dated. Paper is fragile, has some overall “yellowing” to it. The field is in relativity good condition, and would frame really really nice. Has some foxing on the lower border they may clean up with a wipe down. Two slight creases/ripples, see picture 11. Outside border does has staining, rips, etc. Please look at pictures. 1920-30’s Airship Pilot’s wing marked Sterling, full size, pin back, no maker’s mark. This is the traditional design authorized by regulation and a copy of the design authorized by the Government when they created the “From Official Die” concept in the mid 20’s. Circa 1920’s Full Dress General Officer’s Visor Cap. There is very detailed bullion work around the band. Not sure who the maker is, size is about a 7 – 7-1/4. In good condition; the sweatband is worn, stained and is missing stitching about half-way around. The bullion vein work design is largely gone, but still has a great look. 1920’s-1930’s era USN Officer’s Submariner Badge, full size, pin back, with stabilizing needle attached to Conning Tower. This is the very early style of Submariner’s badge which came into being in it’s metal form in the early 1920’s-1924, I believe. This badge is hallmarked “Myrgold” and is a very scarce badge.
