Original Post-WWI US Navy Chief Petty Officer CPO Fouled-anchor Cap Badge. Very nice original item. Made in gilt and silvered bronze with a 90° pin-back fastener and barrel-catch. A little bit of an oddball item with straight USN, from other examples it might be pre-WWI and date to the Mexican incursion period. See my other auctions with military and other items!
