Stetson M1911 WWI – interwar years, 1930s Officer’s Campaign Hat, four dent, 3in brim, no stitching at brim edge, stars not oak leaf. Chin strap is original but detached on one side. Despite being almost 100 years old, this Stetson is in fantastic condition! The exact age is unknown but the hat has several characteristics that help date it. The brim is 3in wide but does not feature decorative stitch lines around the outer edge, which dates the hat as later than 1919. The Stetson logo has stars in the upper left quadrant, but Stetson changed this to an oak leaf in 1950. The labels also suggest the date, making the 1930s my best estimate!

C 1936, an original Spanish civil war leather tankers helmet. With liner, chin strap and insignia/badge. Very nice used condition, some wear for its age though. Originally a US bring back helmet that is coming out of my personal Collection, found in an old Oregon Barn exactly the way it is. This Rare Untouched (Dusty/Dirty) Barn Find Original M35 German Helmet has the following features: 1 Over 50% of it’s Original Field Paint that looks to be mixed with something to have a Camo appearance/color & texture roughness vs inside smooth apple green paint. 2 Stamped SE64 with Lot# XX42 (Hard to read & partially hidden by painted on name). Se e pictures for Details. 3 Has it’s Original Liner (Liner is stamped in several places, but it would have to be removed or modified to see them & I’m not going to risk damaging something). Leather is too dusty/dirty to see if it is marked or not, along with tie rope. See pictures for Details. 4 Has it’s Original 13 Hole Chin Strap (Stamped ” Wilhelm Eilersjr Bielefeld 1941″). Very Rare One of a Kind M35 Untouched Barn Find Complete for that Historical, Military, WW2 or German C ollector out there.
