Dating Pre World War II, this is a beautiful set of three British General Officer Dress Jackets along with one Vest. There is one formal Jacket which remains very nice in its condition and features a gilded “pearl” trim that nicely coordinates with the vest and continues to wear the outstanding shoulder boards with decorative insignias on either side. There is one very small tear inside the collar on the black liner and very light mothing but no holes. The informal Jacket also wears its shoulder board with decorative insignias however their buttons are missing. This Jacket also has some light mothing but no holes and remains very nice as well. Both Jackets measure 17 inches across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and both measure 22 inches from the top of the collar to the peak of their hem lines. This is ia vintage British Black Watch White Buff Leather Other Ranks Sporran. Date stamped 1937 on the back of the cantle. Also stamped some undecipherable numbers as well. There is faded writing on the back of the sporran and the buff leather on the front has a horizontal surface crack; otherwise just normal signs of use.
