This is a nice example of an original Polish Officer Sword Saber Model 1921/22. It is mounted with a slightly curved blade that measures 31 inches in length. The blade remains in excellent condition and is marked by G. BOROWSKI just next to the guard on the backside. The plated brass guard is a bit scuffed with a couple of small dings on the pommel, nevertheless remains nice and tight in its condition. The leather covered hilt also remains very nice with only minor wear and the original twisted wire wrap remains tightly in place. The plated metal scabbard has some minor scuffing and a couple of dings, but remains in good serviceable condition as well. Overall measuring 37 1/2 inches in length.
