Has all buttons and hooks as seen. Ribbon still attached but loose on one end. Classic overcoat used but great shape. Most would be altered or destroyed during the war. This one appear is rare shape for early war impression. Cannot sell this to most countries that bar this from entering, sorry. Laws are too confusing and vague.
