This came with my K31 rifle that I bought on gunbroker, but although it functions fine, and the locking spring is strong, I just cannot get it to fit over the bayonet lug on mine. I assume it was meant for another Swiss rifle, perhaps the Schmidt Rubin 1911? I do not know. It is in great shape, but there are no markings on it that I could find.
